June Newsletter

Welcome to our newsletter which will keep you in touch with events and issues of interest for residents, relatives and staff at the home.
Following a very enjoyable Aromatherapy taster session this month, we are introducing a regular monthly rolling appointment for our residents; all may then benefit over a course of a couple of months. The session will be for a hand/arm massage funded by the home. If you or your relative would like a longer, private appointment for your loved ones please let us know in advance so we can book it for you (for a fee, please contact Roz for more information)

Managers Column
We have our Residents & Families meeting on Friday the 14th July at 3pm, we would like to discuss End of Life Care.
National Care Home Open day with cream teas was on Friday 17th June and was a great success, a big thanks to our committed staff!
When visiting can families make sure they come and see a Team Leader to sign off care plans, this is a very important document and you need to see it to agree the care that we provide.
Can you also check when here what toiletries your loved one may require and assist in replacing them. Thank you very much!
Lastly, I would like to express my warmest congratulations to our Deputy Manager, Sam and Trevor on their wedding day the 24th June where all staff where invited and had a fabulous time.
