How we're protecting against coronavirus (COVID-19)

Dear family members and friends,

We regularly update ourselves on the latest advice and guidance regarding coronavirus/COVID-19 issued by the government, Public Health England and our regulator, the Care Quality Commission (CQC), including advice specifically relating to care homes.

We also continue to take seriously the need for reasonable precautions to protect our vulnerable residents against coronavirus/ COVID-19 where possible. In the light of this, general day to day activities will continue but we have decided to limit visitors to urgent/necessary visits only for the time being.

Therefore, please consider whether your visit is necessary or urgent; if not, you could consider giving your loved one a call by telephone, WhatsApp, Skype or FaceTime. Please speak to a member of staff who will be happy to help to arrange this on 07955522482.

Additionally, if you have any signs or symptoms of a cold or flu then we politely ask you to not come in at all. We are sure you will understand that our residents and staff are one of the most vulnerable groups and we must take every reasonable precaution to keep them safe.
